My training
The production school
Learning by doing
Saint Éloi is not a school like any other: it is a production school. Here, two-thirds of the time is spent at the bench, tools in hand. You don’t learn the craft from books, you learn it by doing, on real pieces, held to the standards of a working atelier.
This hands-on approach has proven itself: the school is a certified production school, with an exam pass rate above 90%. A training that combines technical skill with real confidence, and prepares students to step straight into workshop life.
Real orders
Trained on genuine commissions too
Beyond training exercises, the programme includes real subcontracted commissions, entrusted to the workshop by jewellery houses. These are pieces destined for actual clients, with the level of finish and the deadlines that this demands. It teaches you early that, on a commission, there is no room for error.
These houses are not named here, and that is deliberate: confidentiality binds a workshop to its clients, and knowing how to keep it is part of the craft. It is the first thing expected of a good professional, and it is already one.
The qualifications
Two diplomas, two trades

A rare dual skill on leaving training: I master both the finishing of the piece and the setting of the stones.
